Taylor has been a golfer her entire life, but for years, she didn’t feel fully welcome on the course. Traditional golf apparel often felt limiting—both stylistically and technically—and reinforced the idea that women were guests in a game built for men.
“That feeling came from everywhere—from traditional golf clothes that made me feel like a spectator instead of a player, to the technical limitations that restricted which tees I could post a score from,” she shared.
Draw & Fade was born from that experience. Taylor set out to create apparel that empowers women to feel comfortable, confident, and truly welcome on the course—through intentional design and high-quality construction that respects the women playing the game.
Launching a women-led golf fashion brand wasn’t without its challenges. The golf industry has historically lacked female representation, and introducing modern silhouettes, colors, and textures into such a tradition-rich sport required persistence.
“Change isn’t always easy for the industry to adopt,” Taylor explained. “But with the surge in women’s participation, the appetite for a modern perspective has never been higher.”
Seeing Draw & Fade collections embraced at green grass locations has been validating—and motivating. It proves there is space for innovation in golf fashion and reinforces the importance of women designing for women.
When Draw & Fade launched, the brand offered a full apparel line. But Taylor quickly noticed something missing in the market: sophisticated, premium knitwear designed specifically for women golfers.
“We realized there was a significant void,” she said. “So we doubled down on knitwear.”

“It’s about not having to conform your identity to fit a dress code,” she said. “Our goal is for women to feel like themselves from the moment they step onto the course to whenever they’re embracing that same personality off the course.”
